The premise of distance healing is that everything is energy; everything is connected; and we are all a part of the same whole. As such there is no separation, or loss of energy – only re-direction. A remote distance healing is no less effective than an in-person treatment – in my experience distance healings are even more potent!
The human body has a complex electromagnetic system, also known as a vibrational energy system. Good health and well-being is achieved when this system is clear from energetic blockages – we say that it is in balance – energy can flow freely.
A vibrational energy healing works to clear any energetic blockages being held within the body and auric field so as to support the body’s own capacity to self-heal.
Elizabeth takes a Shamanic and Holistic approach as she utilises her full ‘toolkit’ and alchemises a versatile range of Holistic Energy Healing Modalities including Crystal Therapy, Usui Reiki, Colour Therapy and more.
What to expect during a session
After arranging a mutually convenient time you are invited to sit or lie down – somewhere you’ll not be disturbed is recommended – your own comfy bed is perfect! You may like to play some gentle relaxing music in the background – perhaps you’d prefer to listen to the birds singing, or maybe you’d like to relish in a quiet moment of total silence and peace.
Vibrational energy will be channelled and transmitted to you remotely, with the intention of supporting your highest purpose, for around 40 minutes. After this time I’ll text or email you an overview of any channelled insights, including a description of what came up during your session and visuals of any crystals/cards used to support.
Session length 1 hour including written feedback and visuals $100.
Option of ongoing Distance Crystal Healing Supportive Gridding following your session.
