The human body has a complex electromagnetic system, also known as a vibrational energy system. Good health and well-being is achieved when this system is clear from energetic blockages – we say that it is in balance – energy can flow freely.
A vibrational energy healing works to clear any energetic blockages being held within the body and auric field so as to support the body’s own capacity to self-heal.
Elizabeth takes a Shamanic and Holistic approach as she utilises her full ‘toolkit’ and alchemises a versatile range of Holistic Energy Healing Modalities including Crystal Therapy, Usui Reiki, Colour Therapy, Sound Healing, and more. A full Chakra Balance is also included in every session.
Appointments are available in-person in a relaxing, welcoming Aberfoyle Park studio space, and also via Remote Distance from the comfort of your own home.
Treatments can be perfectly combined with a Crystal Tarot Reading beforehand to really help you gain clarity and receive powerful insights that support the healing process.
Your first session will include a thorough consultation so that healings can be alchemised to meet your specific needs.
What to expect during a session
After arranging a mutually convenient time you are invited to attend the Aberfoyle Park studio for your session. We’ll begin with a chat about where you are at in general in life, and identify what, if anything specific, you’d like to work on during your session. You’ll be invited to lie down on the comfortable healing bed and the Energy Alchemy part of your session will begin – the healing, of course, having already begun the moment you booked your appointment! You’ll be in control, fully aware and able to open your eyes at all times.
The use of Colour and Sound may also be utilised as I work intuitively with all my tools at hand. A Chakra Balance is included in all sessions and I will always share any intuitive insights and/or insights from Spirit.
Initial session 1.5hrs $150, follow-up sessions 1hr $100. Weekday appointments available in studio at Aberfoyle Park.
