Re-balance Mind, Body and Spirit as you’re gently guided on a meditation journey. Enter a state of deep peace and calmness. No prior experience needed.

TUESDAYS 7.30pm for a 7.45pm start – 9pm : Aberfoyle Park Community Centre, Adelaide

The sessions include body relaxation techniques and simple breathing exercises before you are gently guided on a meditation journey.

Each week we’ll explore different relaxing scenes which will help you build a deep connection with places of resonance that you can visit yourself whenever you feel the need.

Exchange $15 on the day. Concession card holders $12 on the day. Under 16s are half price and to be accompanied by an adult.

Cancellation of a session will only be under unforeseen emergency circumstances or illness – a notification will be posted on the Lotus Star : Embrace Life Facebook page and regular attendees will be contacted by text message.

Please bring along a bottle of water and pillow/yoga mat/blanket – anything to make yourself comfortable lying down. Loose, comfortable clothing advisable. Chairs are available if you’d prefer to sit.
