A gentle hands-on, incredibly effective, and super-relaxing touch therapy. This is an opportunity for you to let go of everything!
The Bars® are 32 unique points on the head that correlate to different areas and aspects of life including healing, body, control, joy, sadness, awareness, creativity, power, ageing, sex, money and more. These points contain all the thoughts, ideas, beliefs, emotions, and considerations that you have stored in any lifetime.
During a session, these points are gently touched to release the electromagnetic charge of all thoughts, ideas, attitudes, decisions, and beliefs that may have limited you. As you effortlessly clear these blockages and old patterns it provides more space for you to receive, allowing you to create your ideas.
Receiving this process (having your Bars run) usually leaves you with a sense of peace and space, and a feeling like there is more possibility open to you. You may find that your previously charged reactions change, anxiety and stress responses ease, your mind feels clearer, pain is reduced or even cleared altogether!
Having your Bars run is an incredibly relaxing and nurturing process. At worst you’ll feel like you’ve had a great massage. Best case scenario, your whole life will change into something greater – and all whilst relaxing!
What to expect during a session :
Sessions begin with a brief consultation and then you’ll be invited to settle down in an anti-gravity chair. Only the head, hands and feet (optional) are touched.
Initial session 1.5hrs $150, follow-up sessions 1hr $100. Weekday appointments available in studio at Aberfoyle Park.
